How do I transfer money with Nolido cash?

Nolido cash is an interoperable electronic money distribution service, designed for users and intended for several purposes such as money transfer. Once your account has been validated, you have two (02) actions on the Nolido cash application menu: Reload and Deposit. Nolido cash is not an electronic money storage account, but an interoperability support. By using the Recharge function, you supply your Nolido cash medium with UV or electronic money. And with the Deposit option, you can choose the destination for your UVs, select the beneficiary, enter the beneficiary’s details and validate the deposit.

How do I top up my Nolido cash account with UV?

To top-up your Nolido cash account, click on the Top-up option in the menu of your Nolido cash application, choose the top-up option (Mobile Money or Credit Card), and follow the required steps. To use a Mobile Money number, you must first add it to your Nolido cash account. For validation, a deduction of two hundred (200) FCFA is made to verify the number when you add it to your Nolido cash support for the first time. The same process applies when using a bank card.

How do I make a deposit with Nolido cash?

To make a deposit or transfer with your Nolido cash account, click on Deposit in the menu of your Nolido cash application, choose the country of your beneficiary in the indicator, then follow the procedure and validate the deposit order. Please double-check your deposit number before validating the transfer.

How long does it take for my beneficiary to receive the mandate?

Nolido cash offers you instant service. Our financial services are available 24/7. Your beneficiary receives the cash deposit instantly and can start using it right away.

Is the Nolido cash platform secure?

Nolido is a secure and reliable solution, 100% African. We distribute e-money from several PCI DSS-certified financial services providers. We also respect compliance standards through the identification of our customers, the security of your transactions and information, and the protection of your data in accordance with the requirements of personal data protection commissions.

What are the transaction limits on nolido cash and what currencies are accepted?

You can send from five hundred (500) to one million (1,000,000) CFA francs per transaction. You are authorized a maximum reload volume of two million (2,000,000) CFA francs per week and ten million (10,000,000) CFA francs per month. You may exceed this limit as long as you can justify your transactions and the financial means you use do not prevent you from doing so. We accept all currencies authorized by our financial service providers, including FCFA.

How do I cancel a transaction?

To cancel a transaction, please contact us immediately via our various communication channels. Our team will be happy to help you cancel the transaction, provided that the money deposited has not been withdrawn from the account by the beneficiary.

How do I delete my Nolido cash account?

You can directly request the deletion of your account in the Settings of your Nolido cash application or by sending us your request directly to our various communication channels.
